New bank hoping for the best.
Everyone is always eager to help and friendly.
I rated 5 stars only to Tony Jones at the New Hartford Road Branch for his eagerness to help a new customer through the process of changing over to USbank. Very professional and knowledgeable.
US Bank still stealing $1000 in fees from single moms. Sent me a letter rather than calling or emailing me back in which they conveniently left out the part that I was told I would be credited the fee if I didn’t want to proceed with my assumption. All the phone numbers go straight to voicemail and they don’t call back. Do not bank here!
