The manager Sam was super unprofessional and rude. I’m definitely switching banks after the experience I had with him. Do not recommend this bank.

This location is full of unprofessional workers with bad attitude. My parents wanted to make a transaction for a house closing cost that would’ve take 15 mins max, but they had to wait for a long time. Mind you, there was nobody waiting at the bank. It was just them. Workers were walking around, relaxing and ignoring my parents, not until they were about to leave that a man, named Sam, approached them. He showed clear unprofessional attitude and unwelcome demeanor. He kept asking my parents what was the transaction for. They... read more
