I was treated like I was attacking him for simply requesting a record of transactions from a particular company. His treatment of me showed really poor customer service. EASY ACCESS ATM
If Samuel Butarbutar is the manager this place is in trouble. Unprofessional, can’t complete appointments on time and has a clear lack of understanding how banking works. The stars are given for one of the women tellers. She was at least friendly and patient.
Awesome. The cashier Crystal was very friendly and helpful. I even got free bottled water
