This Branch it has become unhelpful, I try to deposit some rolls of coin and I was told the they don't have room in the safe for my few hundreds of coin, so what is good for having a bank the they can't take your coin , isn't this the whole purpose of a bank.

I went in to this location for help figuring out why US Bank was rejecting a mobile deposit for a payroll check. We had already tried to get a new check from our employer, and the customer service from US Bank could not tell us why they were referring back to the maker. So, I went in person, and they did eventually figure out that there was a process the employer was messing up with not registering their checks as they cut them.
