The male employee there who seems to be a manager is really rude as if this is all his money. He profiles people hard and rushes you out of there if you are not white.

I have dealt with this Redlands US Branch as a nonprofit and personal. Best banking customer service on multiple levels. They are kind, helpful and patient !!!
Stopped by multiple times to add my spouse to my account and was turned away without an appointment. Not a working persons bank. Zero courtesy for people’s time.
