I was discriminated at this branch by one of the tellers. She told that I couldn't cash my paychecks because she couldn't trust me. When I explained that I have cashed checks before, she replied that it was the other branches fault because they trusted me. She couldn't trust me, so she could only desposit my checks. I want to know if she discriminated me because of my skin or because I had construction clothes on.

This branch sucks, I had accounts at Mira Loma, ca branch, Julie the branch manager was exceptionally great. We moved to Redlands, the manager, and other staff are no help at all. I moved my accounts to another bank caz of the manager and other staff. It is sad. Very poor service most of the time. Sad very sad
So I deposited cash into the branch in Redlands over a week ago now and the atm gave me a receipt saying sorry I can’t deposit your money and or give you the deposit back and it’s now been over a week and the bank has absolutely done nothing to fix this problem and will not give me a reason why !!! DO NOT USE US BANK!!
Veronica was amazing! She was so helpful and honestly made our day. I’ve reviewed before but I just came in today to apply for a credit card and Krystal helped me out this time. Fantastic service! Anything related to going to the bank can be anxiety inducing but the staff here are always willing to go the extra mile to give you the information you need to feel comfortable and confident in making decisions. Amazing branch and great bank!
