Katelyn waited on us to open a CD, and as usual, she was friendly and helpful. We have had a checking account at US Bank since 1975 when it was Cleveland Trust, and we will never change.
When I called the bank an employee actually answered the phone! No voice mail, leave a message etc. that I have gotten when calling other banks.
Friendly and efficient staff.
