Friendly staff , clean environment , Katelyn was the best ! very friendly and easy to work with.
Great branch and the employees are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The bank is good but their teller thinks FDIC covers theft and fraud which it does not. They have to educate their tellers on the basics. Give that link to your teller to read and stop misinforming customers on FDIC.
Opened an account a few weeks ago....went to use my card last week was denied....asked for address verification and it's been a week and I still can't access my money ....total joke....I was told 2 days
I needed help doing some home repairs and Kaetlyn Keller came to my rescue today. Anyone looking for Banking advise go see this gal she knows her stuff. I literally went from hysterical to joy !
