I have been working in the bank since 1996 in the philippines, and i could say that the customer service is very excellent it only took me a minute to open an account, and discussed me very well the product of the bank. Thanks u.s bank more.power to you!
This US Bank branch is amazing, I would highly recommend. They took the time to set me up with a couple of business credit cards, business account set up and they have high standards for customer service.
We have always had great experiences with this location. They are very knowledgeable and offered us options for what we wanted to do. Everything was explained clearly and we never felt rushed to make up our minds on the choices offered.

What a horrible branch this is. Go anywhere but here. Multiple times they have closed earlier than what shows online. Last time I went I had an issue with the atm and the teller Reine Maatouk told me that she couldn’t help because they were closed. Lights out and all. I looked at my watch and it was a little over 5 minutes before close. I was out of luck and told to call an 800 number. Lazy workers.
