Been with US Bank since they took over the Tejon branch. Wonderful service until COVID hit. I could understand the short-staffing then, but hey guys, COVID is over! The short-staffing remains to this day. Never had to wait in the old days, now there often is just one teller or perhaps two. Sometimes they are also dealing with the drive through folks too. I sure miss the old days when the had several folks at the counter and no waiting.
I can't believe the incompetence of the people at this bank! My son needed some help. I went in the bank and tried to deposit $3000.00 in cash to help him out. I was told they could only deposit $500.00 in his account because I wasnt a member of US bank and that If I wanted to put $3000.00 toward his account I would need to go get a Cashier's check. So I went to my bank and got a cashiers check and went back to deposit it in my son's acct. I asked her if there would be a hold on the funds and she told me $250.00 was ready no... read more
