Customer service was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
I came in on 7/28 to deposit a check. I did not go through the drive-up window as sometimes it takes too long to go through the drive-up. I went inside and there was no waiting. I was greeted by the teller, who I found to be an absolute delight. Because no one was waiting behind me, we were able to have a nice conversation while he deposited my check and cashed another. If zero stars was an option that’s what they would get. I have been a personal us bank client since 2000. I’ve recently changed all my personal accounts because of this branch specifically. I go there for work because my company banks there but we spend 30-45 minutes just to get change there at times. Logan the manager could care less. There is sometimes no staff even behind the counter. It’s wild. Run.
The service is horrible, the drive-up is never open, always closed, and when it is open, it takes hours for them to come out to serve.
All of the associates at this location have been super friendly. This review is meant for U.S Bank as a whole. 10/10 would not recommend this bank. Been nothing but issues since day one. Good luck getting bills paid on time if your employer has to give you a paper check for any reason. You could send yourself a dead cat and they’d still hold it for an extra week. Horrible policy. Will be closing my account as soon as possible.
