Great service, friendliness, and efficiency.
The most incompetent bank I have ever visited. Tried to open a simple business checking account. And after three attempts and over three hours wasted, they still had the nerve to look at me and ask, “can you please come back another day?” Whatever you do, DO NOT do business with this bank. If they don’t care enough to train their employees properly, you shouldn’t trust them with your hard earned money.
US Bank is probably the worst financial institution that I have dealt with. Excessive fees and absolutely terrible customer service. I hope that I never have another encounter with this bank by any regard. I would advise anyone considering doing business with this company to stop immediately and use a more reputable bank or credit union.
