I stood in line for 15 mins to be told I can't buy a single roll of quarters because I don't bank with them. Never deal with us bank!
Seriously, I recommend your sock drawer over US bank. It'll be safer. It'll be put to better use if you drive down the street throwing handfuls of it out the window, and it will pale in comparison to what US bank charges you for nothing. They are absolutely worthless. Giving it to your local crime lord for safekeeping is probably a better idea than starting a US bank account
This bank and their employee's chose to scam my friend because of his appearance. He went to cash stimulus check and they imprinted it and then refused to cash the check because he didn't have an account with them. So we went to 3 other banks to cash check and they said they couldn't cash the Check because of it being imprinted. Went back to U.S. bank and the branch manager put a line through the imprint and still refused to cash it. They did say if my friend had an account there they could cash it. What a scam. NO lobby open.. Drive up was a Joke🤬 1 lane open only. It took me over 30 min to wait for 4 cars. This is ridiculous.. worst lack of customer service ever.
They are always there to help me when I need it. I've had a stroke so sometimes I need help and I can count on this great staff!
