U.s Bank has been a godsend for me. I've had so many accounts debit cards you name it hacked charges it won't mind put on my account insane things and every single time US Bank has had my back and they've taken care of me and I am so grateful for the team on the rancher location Thank you all guys

If I go through the ATM or inside it usually goes alright, the Drive through I usually use if I am in a hurry and need cash for the till. I don't advise it, they wanted my ID and my ATM card even though I was just breaking $200 no money was being taken out of the account or money in. The total transaction took 26 min. Considering they don't do early hours anymore for businesses, that is a lot of time taken out of biz hours.
Worst customer service in the industry. Seems like they never have enough staff to serve the need of customers. Sometimes you wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru. It is also absolutely impossible to reach them by phone. Then when you do get an employee to talk to either on the phone or in person, they are usually rude, un-businesslike, and curt with you.
