I went to make a deposit in their ATM, the cash go stuck and the machine would not return the cash. I went to the door and an employee came to the door and even though I was pleading with her to come help me, she refused, she was rather rude and told me "It is your problem". I explained that the cash could be retrieved by anyone and she once again refused to give me any assistance. The incident took place at 515PM which ia about 15 mins after the branch closed.
