I have had a bad experience with US Bank overall. 1 - I tried to open a new Business Account online, but the application was Declined for no reason, no message or feedback. I called support and had no luck, nobody could help me. 2 - I tried to visit a physical location but saw no privacy while waiting for my appointment. I saw a place where you can listen to other client issues. The US Bank location at 1125 Garden of the Gods Rd does not inspire me to continue to pursue a US Bank Business account.

I recently went into this branch to request help regarding my mother-in-law's account. The situation was complicated due to unique circumstances. Justin Bradbury patiently, attentively helped us throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing him with our issues. He went the extra mile to help my mother-in-law, and she & I were both greatly relieved to have had his assistance.
