I am absolutely appalled by the lack of urgency, professionalism, and accountability at U.S. Bank. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, at exactly 09:16 AM, I went to make a cash deposit for my dad’s business account of $6,000 at the ATM located at the 1628 Memorial Boulevard branch (Location ID: 1628). The machine malfunctioned, took $5,000 of my cash, spit $1,000 back out to me, and failed to provide a receipt for the transaction. It literally stole my money.
