Cant speak for the rest of the staff and the bad reviews, but my favorite banker Sadad moved here from Scottsdale and he knows his stuff. I started my USBank account 2 years ago and I’m glad to have a personal banker that truly cares about his customers.
Absolute worst place to put your money...the people are the worst to deal with. ...won't listen to you and they decide if they will do what you ask or not....if they don't like it they will not do what you ask even though it's your money.....they shutdown my account, took all of my money even though it was their fault and told me now l have to pay everything back.....no money now to pay bills car payment and the like...impossible to work with......they basically said "tough" go find another bank. .....
