Never come to this bank. The customer service is terrible, and the ATM is never working.
I do not recommend this branch. I felt discriminated against because I do not speak English fluently. The employees who assisted me were unprofessional, rude, and showed no willingness to help. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome because of a language barrier. A bank should provide respectful and equitable service to everyone. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.👎🏻
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is terrible! The staff do not want to deal with people who speak Spanish. There is a man and a woman who attend to Hispanic customers in the most discriminatory way possible. Their attitude is disrespectful and unprofessional, and it makes customers feel unwelcome.
A have used a bank my entire adult life, my credit union and USbank are the best of all the private corporation banks. 🎉🎉150% recommended
