My experience with this branch and particularly the branch personnel has been nothing short of flawless, enjoyable and perfectly smooth from start to finish. From the first on-line contact to the first branch visit to set up accounts and transfer funds, to the use of the iPhone mobile app. . .all phases of the procedure went without a hitch or glitch. Mr Jesse swift mgr. 10 STARS! The concerns and issues we were dealing with were resolved Genuine concern. Treated us like like family. A prime example of what and how a bank should. Seniors are Safe at US BANK Kingshighway Cape Girardeau. God bless you all.

Was at US Bank Alameda/225 location this morning at approximately 9:30 am to withdrawl 8,000 on my way to purchase a used Harley Davidson bike. Now I realize there is a lot of procedures to go through such as drivers license, last 4 digits of SS#, finally a code needing to be sent to my cell Phone which I instructed teller was in the car and she proceding to scold me to make sure I bring it in the next time, then changed her mind and said for me to go get it. I was very impressed by the prodessional and courteous response by Bank Manager Sam Lopez. He promptly addressed my concern. He is another reason why I will continue as a long time customer.

Very unprofessional people working there. Their attitude appears like they are better then the customer. When I visited the bank at this location at Indian school in Goodyear. , yesterday. This person a rude man was the one I was dealing with. He did not have a new tag. ,he sat there not helping me..I wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. Just to hear him say "you have to go to the bank where you made the account and withdraw money. I can not do it, because I'm not a bank manager. ????? Honestly if I could give this branch negative stars, I would! They are rude, and completely unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend individually had set our appointment to open new accounts at 10am. Two different appointments made online both at the same time, but with two different bank tellers. We arrive at 9:50am and immediately get told "We're not open!" with a rude attitude. Stop! Go to Nodaway valley bank local and fast. US is slow and owned out of state and hard to work with , go else where if possible

Worst bank ever . I am having nowaday valley bank take over accounts from US bank. US bank are slow and been fighting extra fees on my mortgage for over 15yrs They Suck ! I would advice everyone to go else where thanks 😁
