Super kind and knowledgeable clerks! They are very attentive & get you in and out and that is important to me.
Customer service was rude. Was charged a late fee because I wasn’t able to pay my bill on the due date due to an error message on their end. I had a busy day with classes and ill family and didn’t know phone services were available 24/7 as I was very rudely told by a representative. Was told could not have the ridiculous 30$ “late” fee removed because I had one removed in June ‘25 for a similar issue. Baylie was a supervisor too and was rude as well.
