Do not deposit money in the ATM at this location. I received an error after depositing 600$ and it did not credit my account. Called the fraud department to file a claim and got denied!!!!! Now I’m out 600$ because the ATM malfunction . I’m filling another claim we will see if us bank corrects this
Need to add more A.T.M machines. Having 1 in a drive thru isn't enough- especially when it's shut down.
I will not be going back to this location. Communication is horrible. Had an issue with my account, not my error. I was told I would be contacted numerous times regarding the issue. I was never contacted which resulted in me having to go back to the branch only to be told "there's nothing we can do, it's a different department, and they never answer." I waited 4 days for a release, with no help from the tellers. I was also told the branch manager would be notified of the issue. Still no contact.
I had the worst service here and I will never get an account at U.S. Bank. They have extremely outdated policies that make banking inconvenient.
Drive up is so slow. Also, I withdrew $200, and the guy gave me two $100 bills. 😑
