I moved to this side of town almost three years ago. This US Bank branch was the closest one to me, so it is the one I visited most often for my personal and business needs. When I started coming to this branch I wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I did leave several reviews that were not positive. Every time I come into this branch there are.customers waiting in line and yet employees standing around. Extremely inefficient and unhelpful / uncaring staff.
Do not deposit money in the ATM at this location. I received an error after depositing 600$ and it did not credit my account. Called the fraud department to file a claim and got denied!!!!! Now I’m out 600$ because the ATM malfunction . I’m filling another claim we will see if us bank corrects this
