Went to my Ada branch on Wednesday to cash the school tax check. The branch told me I needed my husband with me and his ID. Fine no problem. Friday we went back to the bank. They then tell me we need to open a joint account to cash the check. I've been with this bank for 20 years. Never have I ever had a problem like this. We took the check went down to my husband's bank and they cashed it no problem!! I then took the money back to my bank and deposited it in my account. This bank has gone down hill. Bank manager was extremely helpful. Made me feel welcome and not rushed. Answered all my questions and suggested options. I was able to accomplish exactly what I stopped into this branch for, Thank you.
