Absolutely the worst bank ever!! Will never go there my fiancé had got a check for doing yard work we didn’t know it was fraudulent!! they closed my account without telling me and they are just holding my money and won’t let me get it!!! I wasn’t able to pay my car payment because of this and my car is getting repossessed!!! I have emailed called went up in person and nothing!! Went to my Ada branch on Wednesday to cash the school tax check. The branch told me I needed my husband with me and his ID. Fine no problem. Friday we went back to the bank. They then tell me we need to open a joint account to cash the check. I've been with this bank for 20 years. Never have I ever had a problem like this. We took the check went down to my husband's bank and they cashed it no problem!! I then took the money back to my bank and deposited it in my account. This bank has gone down hill.
