One of the worker by the name Naomi Rodriquez was not friendly but very rude and ptovide poor customer service. She need to be trained in customer service. Her attitude was horrible. If she tell you something you need to double check with another branch worker. I dont trust her at all. She is quick to dismiss and always in a hurry. One time she deposited my money to the wrong account. I have been there several times and her services are below standard.
Awesome customer service. They do everything they can to take care of me and my banking. Always happy to see me too.

Don't have but a few bankers. Micro branches . Mgr at ss USB refused to open an checking acc. No one but me in line. Poor attitude. Wanted me to come back next year They should be closed down from Dec 24 Till Jan 2.. too few emp. To run. Pour planing on all banks part No services avl.this week.. Only cashiers Busiest time of the year.also Spent 4hours going bank to bank 1hour phone.calls total. Still no service.yet. #fed up . Calling 800 number tonight Happy holidays
