Very disappointed in US Bank service, heard this from many other people. Oregon City Hilltop has drive thru with two windows for service . . . but why have two windows when you only have one person working the window(s) with long lines of cares waiting. Also last time in the lobby, two people in the back of the bank, and one teller with 10+ people in line. I've complained to the CEO and to the manager. However, they would rather spend their money at PGA Tour events with national advertising, then service the people who keep ... read more
Waited for 20 minutes while the one of two clerks chit chatted with one customer. Then to top it all off she said, “We will be right with you in a minute” and then went on a break!!!
