Just spoke with someone named Dreka over the phone very rude did not help me at all. Would not give me the name of the person that I first spoke with to make a complaint. I have had very bad experiences with this business so far just wanna give a warning to let you guys know because I’m pretty sure that that person did not take my complaint down about the workers so I wanna let everyone know please do not bank with the U.S. Bank.
It was fairly easy to open a new checking account...i can say, "fairly easy",...i know just enough about computers to get in trouble...lol...lol...i will revommend you to the people i know...thank you. .
Good ATM. I've had horrible experiences with staff inside during the day,which I complained and nobody ever cared to call me back. But for ATM issues this is good. It's located in a lit area, but if someone was going to try and get you in the middle of the night while you are in your car I'm afraid that could happen. I rarely use this for this reason at night. If the bank is open then staff is there and can see you. But if it's closed all you have is security cameras. It's just located in a weird place at the drive thru. You... read more
