Because of staff, all customers have to stay on the line for long time . Other coworkers never ask customers needs help or not, funny part is branch is big space but always less staff!

Yesterday my grandmother called this bank and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. So I ended up taking her in today. She wanted to take a certain amount out of the bank as she told the bank teller. The bank teller started asking her some questions like what would she be using the money for and what not and expressed that this would have to be approved by her manager.
