George and Jasmine are two of the most helpful and patient bank tellers (if that's the right title) I've ever had the pleasure of banking with. They're super friendly and professional and make things very easy to understand. If you're opening a bank accout for the first time or have a teen/college student doing so, I highly recommend their services! Every 2 weeks i come in i have a bad experience. Workers not very alert for people walking in or greeting people or the drive through waited 7 minutes nobody came. While also theres a manager on the floor and 4 workers

I have waited and called and waited and called regarding one of my credit cards that was issued to me. I've been promised multiple times that the issue would be looked into and I would be contacted to no avail. I've called and then I get promised that someone will get back with me because for some reason there is NEVER a manager available during business hours for some weird reason.
