Not sure what others experiences have been but in my own experience this branch has been notably great, so much so I felt obliged to leave a review (which I never do). I’ve been with U.S. bank for about 15 years and I just started going to this branch 3 months ago and this is by far the best I’ve been to. The team has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with all my account needs. Would highly recommend to others!

INACCURATE INFORMATION. First visit: - informed me that my transfer is not completed on their end and my withdrawal could not be completed, which is fine - assured me that *if my transfer is processed tomorrow that they have enough cash Return visit the next day: - informed me that withdrawals over $5k requires special request that could take about a week to be delivered.
This branch needs to hire staff. My first time here. This was easier because of the drive thru and having my kid with me, waiting over 10 minutes to make a deposit as they had one employee handling the lobby and drive thru. Ridiculous, the branch I normally go to in SW has at minimum 3 employees working the lobby.
