The bankers are not willing to help with the account I have it is very sad they weren’t doing anything after I waited for 25 minutes when my turn comes they told me to come back later I was the first to be served I don’t know the reason I have been a member of that bank since early 1991 I never had that problem now at this branch this is the second time. I don’t recommend this branch
I was a little hesitant to go in person, as I just opened a new business account with US Bank, after having a horrible experience with another bank. They were pretty busy, and I needed more assistance than just walking up to a teller. However Doug T. made the time to talk to me, and walked me through all the questions I had. He was very patient, and a joy to work with. Thank you Doug! He made me feel confident I made the right choice in selecting US Bank for my business needs.
Have gone twice. The act like they are doing you a big favor.
The manager at this branch, his name is Erik.. I think every bank manager on the planet needs to follow this guy for a day. He does his job right. He's kind even in the face of cranky customers. He gets things taken care of and he does it right. I think that this person went way above and beyond to help me. When actually all he was doing is his job,... correctly. People need to take notes. This guy is smart and helpful best person in a bank I've ever dealt with.
