Teller was extremely nice
I had the pleasant experience of meeting and working with Ms. Amal Fakhkhary, a Client Relationship Consultant at this branch location recently. I needed to fax documents to another US Bank location in re a matter unrelated to this bank branch. I was reluctant to stop by and ask but I did so anyway. Ms. Fakhkhary was more than happy to accomodate my request. Not only did she fax the documents, she verified that they were received and provided me with proof thereof. Thank you and kudos.

I cannot believe what a bad experience my family has had at this branch. We lost my father a few months ago and my mother has been unable to mourn because she has spent nearly every weekend at US Bank with incompetent bankers that will not help her proceed in sorting out business logistics after his death. She has been a customer for over 30 years and it's absolutely insulting the way she's been treated.
