I went to this location with my partner to get a quick $60 out of the cash machine. Their drive-up cash machine was broken, of course. So my partner went inside to withdraw her cash. Though she had a Digital ID and her name was on the card, they refused to let her withdraw money. They called her a fraud and threatened to call the police. They were extremely rude and had no customer service skills. We went across the street to the 1st Bank and had no issues. I simply waned to withdraw cash from my account in the amount a little over 5 thousand. The very entitled staff at this branch (university and Arapaho) told me the manager has to personally sign off on anything over 5 thousand and is only in certain days. Thursday the manager is not in at all, so if you wanted a withdraw over 5 thousand it is impossible on a Thursday. I was having an incredibly bad day and things only got worse when I saw water on my paycheck. Normally, I would just cash it at the grocery store but they were concerned it might rip and suggested I take it to US Bank since that’s where the check was from. The worst part? The water spilled on the signature and I was so stressed, Thinking no one would believe it was real.
