My husband and are new to this state and we are 65 yrs old . We opened a checking , Savings, business and a line of credit . We ordered checks and debit cards as well . Quinton Davis was respectful , patient , accommodating , well versed in his position and Kind . He followed up the next day with as well he called us . I wish there were more young men like him . Tried cashing a check for my 14 year old and they tried to charge a fee. The last time we cashed a check at our bank it came back with problems. And put her account in a negitive balance. As to why we are trying to cash it at the bank that is on the check. As I stated HER bank returned the check from US bank due to something wrong with the account number on a check from a US bank. Therefore to try to avoid any fees we tried to cash it at a US Bank location.

If the manager name is Mike Ternus, I want to let you know that he is great, a teller from other branch made a mistake, it’s ok everybody we made mistakes, but mistake 🤭I called wrong branch and Mike answered my phone call and he offered himself to see if he can help, he tried or probably still trying but he was very professional…I want said thanks Mr Mike Ternus at least you tried and offered helped me, now I gotta wait a week for wait my own money.
