Awful experience with just trying to endorse and deposit an insurance check. From my perspective the team doesn't fully know what they're doing. When my husband and I first attempted to get our check endorsed on 09/06 we were almost sent to a different Scottsdale location because they thought only branch managers could endorse insurance checks. Worst useless customer service. Locking my account and doing nothing to help me access it. Useless. I called 24 hours later trying to access my account and still told that my account is locked for security purposes even though I verified myself for 24 hours since yesterday when the team that I called had me lock my account because they had me try the PIN to my card in the store again and again and again until it locked my card.
