I just came out of this branch office and one personnel was so unprofessional to say to me “You never liked me doing wire transfer.” What a condescending disdainful person is she? I have no recollection asking her a wire trasfer before (maybe talking..?). Besides, I would never say to a banker who is trying to help me “I don’t like what you are doing.” But for her to say such a thing straight to her client’s face is not acceptable! Setting up bank checking account was simple. The setup of a credit card was horrendous; Took 2weeks to get it straightened out.
A quick opening of accounts and friendly service give the customer a pleasant and favorable experience.

Awful experience with just trying to endorse and deposit an insurance check. From my perspective the team doesn't fully know what they're doing. When my husband and I first attempted to get our check endorsed on 09/06 we were almost sent to a different Scottsdale location because they thought only branch managers could endorse insurance checks.
