Pick another bank if you need your money!! They locked my account and held my money for over a month with little to no communication and no clear explanation. I couldn’t access my own funds, and every attempt to resolve it directly went nowhere. It wasn’t until I filed complaints with the Attorney General and Consumer Protection that things finally moved. Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. My account was suddenly closed with no real explanation, and they held my money for over a month. Getting answers was nearly impossible. After looking into it, I found that this isn’t an isolated incident. There are plenty of other banking options out there that actually value their customers. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid going through what I did.
The branch refuse to give me a nortary service. I have been coming this branch ovetr 10 years and I always get nortary service. No serveice,no banking.
U.S. Bank froze my account while I was traveling, without warning and without providing any valid reason. What followed was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I made over a dozen calls to customer service and received no meaningful help. Eventually, I was told I needed to go into my local branch and have the branch manager call in on my behalf.
