If I could give this establishment a - score I would. I bought a perm that was opened not to my knowlegde when I recieved it. THE MANAGER WHO SITS ON THE SIDE BEHIND THE REGISTER EATING AND WATCHING TV ALL DAY. refused to take the perm back in preplace of another one or a item to match what I bought. AFTER going back and fourth with him for 20 minutes he finally agreed to give me a pony tail instead but I lost 5 dollars and he would not give me a credit.
