If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. We were quoted $900 to transport our car from CA to OK. We were told there was a $300 deposit and the remaining $600 would be due upon delivery. Once we paid the $300 deposit, they told us we would still owe $1400 and the deposit was nonrefundable. We were forced to pay this because our car was already in their care and we were already out of state. We were worried about what would happen to our car if we fought too hard. Shipping company is practicing bait and switch which is illegal. I had agreed upon a price and they called me the day of and said they can't deliver. All of a sudden they wanted to charge me 500 more to deliver my cars. They refused to give me a refund and I'm extremely pissed off

I canceled the check after I heard that II don't need the little service anymore. Thank you. Keep my deposit but I'll try to figure out if they receive the check. Everybody else received their tracks. This is the only competitor that they said they didn't get their track. I put a stop payment on it, so recommend nobody uses company except for others. 1 person that I was very nice to me.

This company is engaging in extremely unethical business practices. They agreed to a fair and negotiated deal, but then tried to extort additional money from me just a day before my scheduled vehicle transport. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. It's clear that they cannot be trusted to provide the services they promise.
