😞 bad CSR.
I had a talk with the owner, and we made arrangements to bring my C4. When I returned with my trans another guy headed me off and said that they could not perform the work for me. Sketchy... Guess that was a favor to take my business elsewhere.
Was going to do business with this place but an older guy answered the phone sounding like he just woke up and hung up on me , then when I acknowledged him hanging up on me and telling him that wasn’t a way to do business, he says”what you want”, very rudely! Will take my business elsewhere and let others know as well.
You won't find another transmission rebuilder that stands behind his work. This guy knows what he's doing and then some.
