Unethical..questionable tactics...delays. appear to refuse sending a notarized lien release letter. My brother was gifted a 2003 Infinity which was paid in full on November 20, 2022. Miguel Guanuna is the owner of US Auto Star and the lien holder. {Utah policy states lien holder has 7-10 days to provided a paid in full car title to the owner.} Since July 2024, Miguel has been contacted 8 times by telephone with conversations, 5 times by emails, and 1 time by certified letter (which was delivered on Monday, Aug 5, 2024) reque... read more
These guys are very honest people and their prices are fair as well. If you need any of their services I highly recommend them for whatever you may need.
People that work there are kind of rude.
A year ago I bought my first ever car from this place. The car broke down on me not 2 months after buying it. THE RADIATOR WAS HANGING ON ZIP TIES. I ended up paying 2,000 in mechanical repairs before I eventually had to sell it due to everything breaking down and I could no longer afford the repairs. Went to management and they did nothing to make it right. Don’t trust them.
