I have been going there for years until this incident Mechanic is dishonest and a thief, I had my son's money, ($5), on the passenger seat and he stole that money, yes, it isn't a lot of money but it is the action of this employee. I called immediately the day after to report that incident, and the manager simply didn't care, brushed it off, said " Oh well, you shouldn't left money on the seat." They had at least 4 stars in my book until today. The service here is fast and the price is fair compared to other shops. But you get what you pay for, and you’re paying for sloppy work. My 1st time getting my tires changed, they forgot to tighten the bolts. I gave them a few more chances for routine work, oil change, windshield wipers etc… I came back again to get my tires changed and not only did they forget to tighten the bolts, my front driver side wheel was not completely latched. I got brand new brakes and rotors on my car April 2024. Now Sept 2025 I'm told i need new rotors. I've only driven 3000 miles. The present mechanic said there's no way they put on new rotors, so be careful what you pay for!!
Definitely the best! Today was my second visit to this shop, and I feel they're the most honest I've ever found. Whenever I went anywhere else to get my car's oil changed, they found a thousand problems that cost me thousands of dollars. Here, if it doesn't need anything more than an oil change, they don't invent more problems for the car. Today, for example, they told me that the next visit would be time to change the brake pads, but they don't offer the exaggerated prices of other shops either.
