"I had a very disappointing experience with this auto parts store. After being quoted a price over the phone, I drove an hour to the store only to be told that the price had changed. The store tried to bait and switch me, claiming that the employee who provided the original quote was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. This is not an acceptable way to handle a pricing dispute, and it left me feeling frustrated and misled.
