I have an important problem to resolve with USACE Finance Center and I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages . Thought one of the the Federal Govt's mission statement includes.." to provide excellent customer service." My paychecks are going to start getting garnished if I can't speak to anyone with a pulse to resolve the problem! This is unreal!
