We submitted a small order on 10/26/2020 for outer carriers and ballistic panels. First off, the initial order was rejected several times because we didn't use the right form. This could have been resolved by the customer service agent by simply calling or emailing us and assisting us with getting the order correct. So we finally get the order right on our own.
