Took over 6 months and three corrections to get body armor and external carrier, semi-right.
Horrible quality control. Velcro wore out on 2year old vest. Was told a new carrier would be sent out to me in 30 days....That was back in March. Hard to wear a vest if the straps wont stick on the carrier...please stand behind your product..would love to hear from you...
I love the people here. I went in, got fitted, the staff was professional and we had some laughs. Ordered my vest with concealable and outer carriers. Had it within 2 months. The fit was like a glove. I love it more that the PACA/Point Blank vests I wore over my 21 years in LE. Price was great too. I wear it literally everyday for 14-15 hours day. It is super comfortable and breathes well.
I would suggest this company to anyone looking to purchase new ballistic vests for their police department. I recently had a brand new US Armor vest purchased for me by my Police Chief and it is amazing. The quality and comfort are top notch. This is the second vest I've had with US Armor and can honestly say this company is out classing their competition.
