Charged us $600+ for a part that was not defective. Refrigerator still didn't work, after 2 - 3 trips back technician then said it needed a fan and would order one. He never called back. After more than 3 weeks, we called Mr. Appliance and technician came and repaired with new fan in the same day for only $172. Refrigerator is working great now!

Our KitchenAid wine cooler wasn’t cooling. Mr. Singh of US Appliances Services called and came quickly after our initial conversation. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new thermostat. As soon as the part was in, he came to install it. Mr. Singh was always prompt and professional and wore a mask. He worked quickly. Our wine cooler now cools and we are thrilled.
