The staff is so friendly and informative
I am having the same experience as others on this page. I bought a washer from US Appliances and actually had a good experience. They delivered it, it worked and everything is good to go. So I went back to get a fridge. They delivered the fridge and it did not work. I went back and they told me that I could swap it out for another fridge, but everything they had was crap, or more expensive. They then told me they could fix it, but it might take up to 7 days and I had to bring it back myself. I got really mad and they agreed ... read more
I purchased a fridge and it didn't work, they replaced it and this one didn't work either. They refuse refunds and you have to take the fridge back to them for any repairs. They also state if you don't transport it properly (entirely subjective) they refuse to honor the warranty. These people are out to scam you, beware!
