Chris was our technician today. He spent a lot of time educating me on the brands that I had and how to efficiently use them. Gave me tons of tips and fixed the washer the dryer and the ice machine all in one service call. I’m very happy today. We were going to buy a brand new refrigerator and brand new washer and dryer and for an eighth of the cost he made everything like new. Thank you so much! Chris from US Appliance Repair has helped us out three times now. Fridge first, then the washer, and recently the dryer. Every time we’ve needed a repair service is courteous, professional, and prompt. Ana dies a great job with scheduling. Chris calls about 10 minutes before arrival. Chris does a great job explaining what needs to be done. Work is done with high level of quality. We’re grateful to have found this company. We highly recommend them.
Very few companies are following through the professional way anymore but this company truly cares to give you what they promise and get the job done. This was our second time using them and I will call them again when needed. They even called to make sure the appliances status after their visit.
