My dryer was delivered on time, with no visible damage to the packaging. Upon opening the box, the appliance was dented. US Appliance was quick to respond to the issue and provided quick resolution. Wendy was amazing to work with, and extremely responsive! I will buy from them again in the future.
These guys apparently don't take credit cards from Canada. They did not inform me of this for 10 days and I only received 2 emails, one with an attached invoice and one saying I would get another once shipped. I called asking what was going on and was informed of this. I guess 10 days of waiting was not an issue for them. "Ron" my customer service agent was something else. The appliances were great and the website was easy to navigate BUT that’s where the good reviews end……..I had multiple issues with my order… 1. Website said 1-3 weeks for delivery my order took almost 6 weeks to receive. And I paid extra money for the white glove delivery. 2. Talked to Martha about the delay in shipping and she said it was because I paid extra for the white glove delivery and that adds 1-3 weeks to the delivery. Terrible customer service . Egos ride high
Be careful ordering from US Appliance. We spent close to $1600 on Kitchen side fan blowers for range hoods in February 2025. Blowers came without a power cord. US appliance and Kitchen aide have been going back and forth as to whose fault it is. Still no power cords. I’ve spoke with Martha several times now. She’s very nice. She keeps mentioning a 30 day return policy. These items were to be placed in a brand new church building. We had no idea that the product was incomplete till we unpacked items.
