Process was very smooth, had one small challenge with the last mile carrier, but the 2 gentleman that did the delivery were great. In order to get the refrigerator in the door I needed to remove the doors. Wendy at customer service was very helpful in getting this accomplished so we could finish the job. Would purchase from US again.

Prices are decent, but shipping is painfully slow, and customer service is less than friendly. I ordered a vent hood one month ago, which is still "in transit".

Tonya did an outstanding job assisting me with my Viking Range purchase. I have had a very unusual experience with purchasing a 5 Series 48 inch gas range that had problems from the factory and she was 100% supportive. She really made a difference helping me and will continue to do so if needed. Thank you so much.

As with most of the 1 star reviews, we had a terrible experience with customer service. The unit arrived damaged and because I didn’t call within 24hrs, had to pay $260 to ship it back. I will not be using US Appliances again.
