I would like to thank Martha in customer service for assisting me with a manufacturer warranty claim related to a Bosch dishwasher that I purchased during the pandemic. As a repeat customer of US Appliance, I also want to thank the management team for creating a very responsive customer service department.
I researched where to buy my $3500 Paykell fridge and US Appliance, whom I'd never heard of, and went with them. HUGE MISTAKE. I ordered the fridge over a month ago because they bragged about the short delivery time. Well apparently they outsource delivery to Valley Companies Last Mile and forgot about me. US Appliance said delivery would occur on the 18th of December because Valley had my fridge. In fact, I see Valley had my fridge since Dec 12! Everyone was great there! Special props to Franco and Wendy who helped me resolve an item that was damaged in shipping. I highly recommend them and US Appliance!
This is the best customer service I have ever received. I reached out to A1 Appliance who I purchased the kitchen appliance set from, as there was damage to the handle on my new range when it was delivered. We opened the box and found the handle was bent. A1 quickly put me in touch with GE Customer service provider, Tammi, who first apologized, then set about making it right.
