Not a great experience. :/ I ordered an Electrolux washer/dryer unit about six weeks ago and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. The machine arrived with a dent on the side, and instead of being able to test it first - I was only offered a 10% refund to keep it and take a gamble on it. I really needed a washer and didn’t have another week or 2 to wait it out for another one. Excellent communication and follow up with a damaged door for refrigerator ordered. The damage occurred while being brought into the home. I had a great experience with this company. Although my fridge was stuck in tariff hell, they would update me as soon as they received updates. I had an issue with one of the fridge doors having a small dent in it. I reached out to them and Wendy has been so helpful. She was able to get the company to send me a new door. Wendy has been amazing. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been waiting for over 8 weeks for a tech to come out to even fix my wash/dry combo. Don’t ask to speak to a supervisor because they are gonna tell you that they don’t have one
