The appliance arrived damaged as a result of shipping, but Wendy and Martha at US Appliance were so great and easy to work with. They made getting a refund simple and straightforward. The entire process was a breeze thanks to them.
I researched and the prices were lower than anyone else. I bought a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dish washer and oven. Wendy in customer service is awesome and very easy to work with.
Ron in customer service was able to help me with my purchases and assured me if I have any issues to contact him directly for a quick remedy. Well I did and he made a quick fix of the situation that was my own fault. Seems like a great company to deal with and their prices are on par with the industry.
