I researched where to buy my $3500 Paykell fridge and US Appliance, whom I'd never heard of, and went with them. HUGE MISTAKE. I ordered the fridge over a month ago because they bragged about the short delivery time. Well apparently they outsource delivery to Valley Companies Last Mile and forgot about me. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I reached out to A1 Appliance who I purchased the kitchen appliance set from, as there was damage to the handle on my new range when it was delivered. We opened the box and found the handle was bent. A1 quickly put me in touch with GE Customer service provider, Tammi, who first apologized, then set about making it right. He was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and incredibly patient in answering my myriad of questions. I originally called with three different models in mind.
