Can’t ever get ahold of them. Called 8 times and got hung up on every single time. Ridiculous when they just called me 5 minutes before I called back.
Go here if you want to feel like a guinea pig for medical students to learn on. If you have mental health issues or anything chronic. Getting follow up appointments for being on a new medication 6 weeks instead of 2-4. Leaving time for medication to lapse. Having providers who are part of your team who don't read your chart. Ect....
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC AND ESPECIALLY AVOID DR. COOPERSTEIN. As a woman, it is not uncommon for our symptoms to be overlooked and told it's "probably Covid" even when we know it's not, but I have never been as gaslit by a medical professional as I was this man. His total disregard for my mental health when considering treatment options and his self-righteous attitude when I was asking questions about those treatment optioins was enough for me to walk out.
