Worst service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with
Rarely a good experience here.
80 minutes over two calls waiting for the pharmacy technicians. Never got through due to the two hour lunch.
Impatient staff on the phone. Why have multiple windows closed when picking up meds and the line is very long and only have 1 window open. Ridiculous!! The 325th Medical Group has really gone down since the hurricane.
