US Air Ambulance owners are thieves, liars, and take advantage when you loved ones are ill. We needed an air ambulance to transport my mother. They convinced us to get a larger more expensive plane because she would be more comfortable in her last hours of life. Instead they gave us the smallest plane and charged for the large one. They told us we would have an RN and instead they sent out a paramedic. They will not even give us a partial credit and the owners don't care.
