I sent vet certificate to USDA to get it endoresed so I could take my dog with me to Germany. I called them once before I shipped dog’s documents and once after. Both times I had a pleasure to speak to Joe. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Joe.
Got great information from them that I was unaware of. Friendly even though I actually was routed to the wrong department . The woman I spoke to still took the time to look up the information I was looking for.
