Just an absolute joke of a company. Filed a claim with and waited a month for an answer. I call today just to get told no one looked at it but I don’t have coverage. Yet she kept saying she can’t tell me yes or no in the beginning with coverage. She continued asking for paperwork I already sent in. They are all over the place. All her excuses weren’t valid and talked in circles.
Apparently no one works here. I have been trying to get a hold of an adjuster for 3 weeks now. I have been given 3 different numbers to contact for 3 different people, and they all go to voicemail, which no one returns. When I finally got ahold of the adjuster, she was VERY unhelpful, then proceeded to NEVER answer her phone. Then, without telling me, They transferred my claim to a completely different Adjustment company, cancelled my vehicle inspection, and I had to start all over again at square one.
