Received a bill without details for $985.00 Need someone to call me about a bill. Should have been billed to insurance,. I can't contact the company to clear up. This sucks, instead of spending time with my husband who has two types of cancer and Fifteen other issues im stuck on hold for hours. Your customer service sucks!
They made it right! A mistake in my husband’s name when filing with his health insurance resulted in his bill going to collection. One phone call & it was re-filed with correct name! Receiving a statement from US Acute Care Solutions, rather than the Hospital ER we visited, had me thinking it was a scam. They made it right. Thank you!
Billing is terrible - this company does a terrible job of billing and collecting insurance information - then sends you to a collection agency. They are scammers! avoid at all costs.
Shady billing practices. Only bill I received was by email and seemed like a scam.
Crooks!!! Took my son who need sutras, he had 6 sutras over his eye. Doctor was done in 15 mins. I received a bill from the ER facility for the visit, ZERO dollars owed. I get an additional bill from US Acute Care Solutions, who “provide” the Doctor and their bill $2,200.00, 15 mins. This is why healthcare system is crap because of companies like this.

If you are a Doctor With this group: You must have Some form of Professional Online Photo; Website/Social media account a.k.a Facebook with full employment listed. Terrible!! They are harassing me during CoVid over medical bills!!! Never mind all the times they have come after me for stuff Medicaid covers for me. Horrible company with disgusting practice.
If you have an actual emergency DO NOT go here. This is a glorified urgent care that will charge you exorbitant prices. I went here in December for an acute severe headache. The Dr. did not run a single test or scan, sent me on my way with a prescription for sudafed and orajel and told me he really didn't know what was wrong. My bill states that I was in the ER at 10 pm when I was not transported to the ER until 3 am.
