This company is a scam. You will go to an ER/Hospital that is within your insurance network, and they will staff with personnel that are not within your insurance network. Your insurance will pay for the visit, but you will be stuck with a bill for any staff (x-ray, lab, nurse, doctor) that are not within your insurance network. Every time this happens to my family it is US Acute Care Solutions. This is a sneaky tactic to get more money from people that have insurance and should be illegal.
Received a bill without details for $985.00 Need someone to call me about a bill. Should have been billed to insurance,. I can't contact the company to clear up. This sucks, instead of spending time with my husband who has two types of cancer and Fifteen other issues im stuck on hold for hours. Your customer service sucks!
They made it right! A mistake in my husband’s name when filing with his health insurance resulted in his bill going to collection. One phone call & it was re-filed with correct name! Receiving a statement from US Acute Care Solutions, rather than the Hospital ER we visited, had me thinking it was a scam. They made it right. Thank you!
Billing is terrible - this company does a terrible job of billing and collecting insurance information - then sends you to a collection agency. They are scammers! avoid at all costs.
