Mrs Zayas is the best instructor that ever teaches EKG for me to actually understand , she breaks down so easily for everyone to understand everything she teaches for us to learn , Mrs Zayas she a good 5 star teacher
U.s academy is a great school, the programs are short but offers alot of learning opportunities. My teacher Mrs. Zayas is amazing and has helped me learn alot of skills i will use in my career. She really shows us that she cares and wants us to be successful in our careers. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in pursuing a career as a medical assistant
I have had many professor and mentors Mrs. Zayas is a rare breed. Not only is she knowledgeable, but actually cares about you learning/ retaining the material. Even though it’s a fast paced program she makes sure each individual is prepared for the next step. Her empathy over our understanding and patience makes this school at WPB enjoyable.
