Buy at your own risk. My initial communication and buying process went well but all fell apart at delivery. 1) It all started with several delays for installation of accessories. I was actually told my unit was shuffled back because someone came in and spent a large amount of money. You get priority by the spend here I guess. 2) The wrong windshield was installed. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A 2021 POLARIS RANGER CREW 570 AND I HAVE TO SAY ITS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY DONT CALL YOU WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND I HAVE BEEN GIVIN 5 DATES TO RECIEVE MY SIDE BY SIDE AND THEY ALLL HAVE BEN WRONG, THEN SCOTT TELLS THE SALESMEN LARRY HE ORDERED ME THE WRONG 1!! HOW WHEN ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND THE PRICE FOR THE ONE I WANTED WAS SO FAR OFF FROM THE 2 SEATER THEY ORDERED!! I HOPE TO SEE THIS BUSINESS FAIL SO NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS!!!!
Went to US 27 motor sports to buy a trailer. Buying a 32’ trailer and settled on a deal even got a purchase order. When I get the money from the bank call to set up the appointment and Ronnie (the sales man) tells me that he sold it. I talked to him 7 times via phone and once in person. He sold it to someone else even though we had a purchase agreement and more. He tried to tell me he didn't know where I was in my process. He spoke to my bank and never tried to call me.
