I rented a car from this agency which was a rent a wreck. I paid $100 in cash . They had me sign the contract before I could read it and then they said they would send it via text. But then they erased the text so I couldn’t read it until I turned in the car. They were ready to charge me 50$ They then threaten to call the police for lack of services. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I had almost the EXACT same experience as Lauren. A guy named Micheal was VERY accommodating and friendly on the phone. Told me that they would pick us up at the airport in a very nice Cadillac Escalade. He then billed my credit card for the deposit. I called the day before we left to verify the car was good to go and he assured me it was. Please avoid using this company. It is a complete scam. Rental cars were hard to find in the Anchorage area this season. So, we decided to go with a local company and picked this one based on the positive reviews on google. Initially, the company seemed legitimate and the individual on the phone was nice, polite, and knowledgeable. In a season when Alaska car rentals are at there worst and renters don’t care whether or not you’ll have a vehicle, this place will do ALL they can to accommodate. Victor feels a personal obligation to NOT leave you stranded at the airport!!! Thank you very much for your compassion and help!!
